Hair Loss Consultation
Your first step starts with a conversation.
A hair loss consultation is a private, professional opportunity to understand your concerns, your individual needs and what you hope to achieve. You do not need to arrive with an answer — only a willingness to talk it through.

Before booking, please review our Booking & Cancellation Policy and Hair Loss Client Terms.
Why the consultation exists
A professional decision making appointment, not a sales appointment.
The consultation exists to give you a clear, honest picture of where you stand. It is a calm, unhurried conversation focused on understanding you — your concerns, your lifestyle and what you hope to achieve.
We provide non surgical hair replacement expertise, not medical diagnosis. Suitability for any approach is assessed professionally during the consultation itself — the expertise belongs on our side of the table, not yours.
What happens during your consultation
A professional conversation, not a sales pitch.
Every consultation follows a simple, considered pattern — there are no surprises and no pressure at any point.

Consultations take place privately, one to one, at the iHobbs Hair Loss Clinic.
- 01
Your concerns and hair history
We talk through what has brought you to iHobbs, your hair loss concerns and any relevant hair history.
- 02
An honest assessment
We look at your hair, scalp and current density as appropriate — to understand the practical picture, not to diagnose a medical cause.
- 03
Your lifestyle and expectations
We discuss your day-to-day life, the maintenance you can realistically commit to and the outcome you are hoping to achieve.
- 04
Options and next steps
We consider which approaches may be appropriate for you and explain what each would involve, so you can decide with clarity.
You do not need to know what you need
You are not expected to choose a system yourself.
You may have read about Crown Integration, Mesh Integration, the Crown Enhancer or Custom Wigs — but you are not asked to decide between them before you arrive.
Suitability and the appropriate option are considered professionally, in consultation, based on your individual circumstances rather than a photograph or a preference.
Fee, time and pricing
Clear about cost, from the very first conversation.
The consultation is 20 minutes and costs £20. There is no obligation to proceed with hair replacement following consultation.
Hair replacement system and service pricing is confirmed only once an appropriate option and specification have been established in consultation — we do not publish generic estimates or indicative ranges.
Where an option is appropriate, maintenance requirements and the ongoing commitment involved are explained honestly before any decision is made — so you always understand the full picture first.
Privacy, dignity and no obligation
Hair loss is personal. Your consultation is handled with care.
We understand that hair loss can feel vulnerable. Consultations are private, discreet and conducted with genuine respect for your dignity — never rushed, never pressured.
What you share stays within the consultation, and the decision about how — or whether — to proceed is always yours. There is no obligation to proceed following consultation, and if an option is not appropriate for you, we will tell you that too.
Your next step
Ready to take the first step?
You only need a place to begin. Book your Hair Loss consultation when you are ready to talk things through and understand what may be appropriate for you.
