iHobbs Academy | Signature Hair Extension Education
Silent Weaves™ Training
Professional education in Silent Weaves™ — Sandra Atoge’s proprietary iHobbs weft extension methodology.

Two days of face to face training built around assessment, planning, controlled application, natural-hair consideration, maintenance and professional removal.
Course Overview
More Than Attaching a Weft.
Silent Weaves™ teaches more than how to attach a weft. The programme develops the judgement needed to assess suitability, plan around the individual client and deliver the full extension journey responsibly — from consultation through maintenance, professional removal and reassessment.
The purpose of the training is competence and responsible practice: understanding what the client’s natural hair can appropriately support, and building the installation around the individual rather than a predetermined formula.
Who This Training Is For
No formal qualification prerequisite applies. Every application is reviewed for professional suitability before a training place is confirmed.
The course is not automatically suitable for every applicant. If you are unsure whether it is the right fit, contact the Academy before applying.
What You Will Learn
The Principles Behind the Method.
These themes describe what the training develops. The Silent Weaves™ methodology is proprietary and is taught inside the training room only.
Consultation and suitability assessment
Consultation treated as a professional assessment, not a sales formality — including recognising when to postpone or decline.
Natural-hair strength, density and support
Assessing what the client's own hair can appropriately support before any installation is planned.
Client-specific installation planning
Silent Weaves™ is not one fixed row map. Positioning, sectioning and attachment are planned around the individual client.
Weight distribution, positioning and controlled tension
Balancing extension weight against the strength of the natural hair, without relying on excessive tightness for security.
Weft preparation and the Silent Weaves™ application principles
The proprietary method itself is taught in the training room and is not published.
Concealment, blending and finishing
Creating a discreet, comfortable result the client can genuinely live with and style.
Aftercare, maintenance, professional removal and post-removal assessment
The full client journey — maintaining the installation, removing it responsibly and reassessing before any refit.
Professional boundaries and record keeping
Working within professional scope, documenting decisions and recognising what falls outside it.
