Choose Your Training

Two Extension Methods. Two Distinct Professional Pathways.

Signature iHobbs Methodology | Weft Extension Training

Silent Weaves™ Training

Silent Weaves™ is the proprietary iHobbs extension methodology. This is professional weft-based extension education focused on controlled preparation, placement, application and the responsible practice that surrounds the method.

Individual Extension Training

Nano Extensions Training

Nano Extensions is a distinct professional individual-strand pathway. Training covers distribution, placement, quantity, movement and blending, together with responsible maintenance and removal.

Compare the Methods

Two Different Approaches to Adding Hair.

Silent Weaves™
The weft-based pathway. Hair is added in wefted sections, so training concentrates on preparation, placement of the weft, tension control and how the work is maintained and removed.
Nano Extensions
The individual-strand pathway. Hair is added in small individual attachments, so training concentrates on distribution, placement across the head, quantity and blending, alongside maintenance and removal.

Neither method is universally better. The professional choice depends on the individual client’s hair, scalp, lifestyle, objectives and maintenance commitment.

Professional Standards

Knowing How to Fit Hair Is Not Enough.

Practical training uses human-hair mannequin heads — no live clients or live models.

Consultation and Suitability
Understanding when a method may or may not be appropriate, rather than applying one method to every client.
Controlled Application
Developing consistent sectioning, placement and tension rather than reproducing a single demonstration.
Natural Hair and Scalp Consideration
Assessing the natural hair and scalp before, during and after the service.
Maintenance and Safe Removal
Recognising that professional responsibility continues through maintenance and correct, safe removal.
Professional Boundaries
Understanding the limits of the practitioner's role and working responsibly within them.
Practical Development
Learning through demonstration, mannequin practice, observation, feedback and correction until the method becomes a repeatable professional skill.

Professional Education

Hair Extension Training leads to Hair Extension qualifications — these are not Hair Loss qualifications.
